This one-of-a-kind community offers stunning one-bedroom and bathroom apartments just minutes away from endless entertainment, local restaurants, and accessible transportation waiting outside your new home.

These state-of-the-art one-bedroom and bathroom apartments have beautiful water and urban city views of the Pacific Northwest. We have multiple floorplans, starting at 612 to 807 square feet, and rent amounts ranging from $1995 to $2575 monthly.

The application fee is $40, a nonrefundable fee per adult, and the security deposit is $500. Water, sewer, and garbage utilities are a flat fee of $100 per month. Tenants are responsible for cable and electricity; our community provides internet through Comcast free of charge to our residents.

We know parking is essential, so we provide on-site parking for $150 and off-site parking for $125. 23 Broadway is a pet-friendly community allowing up to two pets per household; pet rent is nonapplicable, and a pet deposit is $300 for each pet. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
